Aqua fit is a total body workout done in the water. You tone muscles while protecting the joints. No swimming experience is required to participate.

In this format you perform gentle movements in warm water to increase range of motion, strengthen muscles, and enhance overall fitness.

Aquatic dumbbells and/or noodles are Recommended for this class.

Private and group pool party style training is available to you…. You’re a click away from becoming an active mermaid/merman
